Home Watch & Property Care for Seasonal Homeowners – Morrison

While these homeowners were away for an extended time, I provided regular Home Watch - Snowbird services to keep their Morrison property safe, maintained, and ready for their return. Each visit included checking the interior and exterior of the home for leaks, HVAC concerns, storm damage, security issues, and any signs of problems that could become expensive if left unnoticed. During Colorado’s unusual drought conditions, I also made sure the outdoor trees, shrubs, and landscaping received needed watering to help protect the property and prevent unnecessary loss of mature plants. I forwarded important mail as needed and kept a close eye out for any signs of rodents, which was a particular concern for the homeowners while they were away. With consistent visits, detailed updates, and photo reports, they had confidence knowing their home and property were being carefully looked after even from a distance.
